Keep track of your clients, their sessions and prepaid packages, each at your own rate. See what every client owes for the month and print a simple invoice.

This app does not take payments or send invoices: you print an invoice, or save it as a PDF, and send it yourself. It has no built-in rates or prices, so every amount is one you typed.

The rate is your own for this client. Leave it blank if you have not set one: their sessions then show "no rate" and are left out of the amounts. Per-hour amounts are rounded to the nearest cent for each session, and each session keeps the amount it had when you logged it.

Prepaid packages

A package is counted as paid on the day it was bought. Sessions use up a client's packages in date order, oldest package first. A session dated before the package was bought, or one you mark paid, does not use it.

Month by month

Owed is sessions that are not marked paid and not covered by a package. Paid is sessions marked paid. Packages bought are shown on their own and are not added to Paid.

Invoice

Pick a client and a month, check the preview, then print it or save it as a PDF from the print window and send it yourself. This app does not send invoices or take payments.
